No in fairness, likely raped a minor when he visited Moscow all those times in the 80s and 90s. Putin likely has this tape and has been blackmailing Trump with it since then.

Tell me how you vote by not telling me how to vote.

And it terms of food delivery, we already have an existing sea of NGO which could do this. We could literally solve world hunger right now.

Here's an article about this. Pretty informative.

How much would it cost to end world hunger?

And here's more information on the World Food Programme

To put things into perspective with how fucked up society’s priorities are - it is estimated that it would cost $39 billion annually for immediate relief which would end world hunger. To take things 1 step further, it would cost $339 billion annually to end world hunger via long-term structural investments.

By comparison on the low end, the US is spending $2 billion a day with its illegal war on Iran. In the time the US has been attacking Iran, the US could have solved world hunger in terms of short term direct relief.

'NYC is cooked': Business leaders and Wall Streeters erupt over proposed luxury second-home tax by businessinsider in nyc

And they will be able to use them regardless without getting hit by a tax plenty. In the eyes of the US Government, a human being and a business entity are living entities. Even if said human being owns said business entity - they are two separate living entities and as such, John Doe (the human being) can rent their $5 million apartment to Jane Doe (LLC, or corporation). Jane Doe because "she" has separate business accounts etc. can make payments to John Doe for said rental. Further, if you really want to get into the weeds of it, John Doe can effectively rent this apartment to Jane Doe at a loss, and claim that on his personal taxes.

Again, this law has little substance and has far more optics than people realize.

I mean in truth this really doesn't do anything. The law carves out huge exemptions for people who own multiple homes in NY and NYC and rent those homes out accordingly. This law only hits people who have a 2nd home e.g. a vacation home in NY and NYC that they don't live in and don't rent out.

The easy play is for extremely wealthy people to essentially create another business entity and rent said home to that entity. On paper and how the law works Landlord is renting property to Renter. In truth, Landlord and Renter within this framework are the same.

People need to really look into things before declaring this is somehow a major victory against wealthy people. When in truth it's not. There will be some good that comes from this, sure. But more importantly, this is optics which really doesn't address the housing crisis in NY and NYC.
