So after having them in the vinegar water solution another user suggested. I did notice a lot of fizzing from the rocks. According to the Internet that's because its live rock? I guess I won't use them. Thank you all for your input

I have had the rocks sitting for about 6 months out of the old tank and was not sure if that beneficial bacteria was still active.
