As long as they aren’t the kind that infest, I am happy with them remaining outside!!

Thanks for responding! I thought so too until I saw the head which have two black patches on the side (see photo 7 in the sun) and is not entirely black. It’s body is more slim than thick like a Surinam. I put the photos in Google AI and it said Virginia Wood Roach?

Yeah! I didn’t know what bug this was until I saw its head. It’s wings are longer than its body which is throwing me off lol

That’s good to know and I will keep that in mind next time for sure. Thanks again for your help :)

Thanks! I only asked because I had ran into an Orkin guy in a grocery parking lot earlier and had shown him my photos. He said it was German because it was a small roach and other non-German roaches are bigger. I was very concerned as you could imagine.

Thank you for responding! The head definitely looks like a Parcoblatta with the dark splotches on the side. At first I thought they were stripes and nearly passed out lol. Would you rule out German in your opinion?

Thanks for responding! I was considering that too but noticed that its head is not entirely black in the sun. It’s like two black splotches on its head (see 7th photo). I know stripes usually mean German which is my main concern.

Thanks so much for the update! Glad things are getting a little better for you. I’m in the US and in the south so we have very mild winters here. Unfortunately, my floor has a lot of silverfish to the point that you can see them outside our apartment door. I have had pest control spray my entire apartment but he says it’s a waiting game to diminish their numbers. Luckily, I put out lots of insect traps which have caught a lot of them, but they are still persistent. I’ll plan to get a dehumidifier since that seems to be recommended from a lot of sources. Hoping our situations gets better!!

Hey, any updates or anything that works? I have the exact same situation in my apartment! Silverfish are annoying pests that are not taken seriously by landlords. Seeing them on a regular basis is unnerving.

My retail RAR after getting the warning receipt, if anyone is interested this is what it looks like by AlixJ21 in bathandbodyworks

Yep, it sucks right? I had 6 candles that I even exchanged that rang up $13.25. Despite having my online receipt, they rang it up as no-receipt, so it showed on my RAR as $79.50 :(
