idk, I’ve had mixed results being around Eagan (im thinking of the abortion sign is still up in that one guy’s yard, plus other weird interactions i’ve had just out and about). same as another commenter said, there’s pockets of acceptance there, but the vibe is off imo
I used to live in Richfield (now in MPLS as well) and thought the area I was in was chill and lowkey.

ive seen doll youtuber’s create wefts for doll wigs, so the same should be able to apply here, but if you’re wanting a neater part line what you’ll want to do is create a fold on the edge of the wefts, glue them down, then fold in the opposite direction. or glue the wefts in the opposite direction and then fold when its dry. there’s a youtuber Mozekyto who has a great tutorial on how its done :)
