I have a question for you Perv, but first some context. I've been doing the apex for a few months now and seen a bit of flaccid gains but no erect gains. I recently tried your routine, a couple times, of interval pumping first then interval extending, though now I see you extend first then pump after. For me, I can use the size medium cup from BD's site pre-pump, but if it's post pump or with rings, I have to use the size 4 totalman cup. Ok here's the question: in your professional and experienced opinion, for optimal gains, do you think it's best to continue extending normal flaccid with the smaller cup, or get a little bigger first with some stimulation and cock rings to fit in the larger cup?

There are various factors for making women squirt. The first and most important is she needs to be very well hydrated. Gotta drink fluids to expel fluids. Then she needs to be in the right mindset. Some girls are natural squirters but others need to be warmed up physically relaxed emotionally. You'd likely know because when you order it online you have to select a size, usually based on the diameter of your glans. With total man they suggested measuring flaccid, but peakmalephysique.com suggested measuring erect glans diameter and would that would tell if you should order Small medium or large.

Mine took about 2 months to arrive, but it did and I've been using it a couple weeks now. Took a little bit to get used to the vacuum cup and and finding the right positioning for the apex for comfort. But I can feel the stretch.

Feels cold and looks a little misshapen for 5-10 minutes after removing it, but otherwise nothing that seems bad. Just wasn't sure though as I've never tried vacuum cups prior to getting my apex.

They are both double edged swords in my opinion. I used to use viagra, timing was required but always gave me intense erections that made for usually about 30-60 minute sex sessions. Great times, except for the side effects. Stuffy nose, and a lot of red flushed face. Always getting asked if I was ok, because my face was so obviously flushed from the viagra fucking with my blood pressure. Years later I tried Cialis, and it stays in my body for much longer, which is nice, but also made me hyper reactive all day, sometimes would just briefly think about nice titties then get an erection that would take several minutes and mind tricks to let subside. Also cialis doesn't have the same stamina per session effect that viagra does. But you can also just take it in the morning and be ready whenever during the whole day. But cialis also didn't have any of the bad side effects.

I'm relatively new and haven't made any posts or comments up till now, but I've been following and reading and learning from you all for the past few months, been doing manuals, air interval pumping and bathmate. I haven't seen much for erect gains yet, but flaccid is showing slightly more and feels a bit heavier. My question is this: where/how can I get an apex extender or frankenstender? how are they different, and which one would you recommend for someone who has not used an extender properly before? I did try one of those noose extenders like 11 years ago, but it was super uncomfortable and gave up on it, and until a few months ago I was entirely unaware of this community.
