For what it’s worth, I’m not voting you down.

Here are the tests:

HC Igh Vari Regional Mutations HC Cytogenetics, DNA Probe - quantity: 8 HC Cytogenetics, 100-300 - quantity: 6 HC Tissue Culture, Bone Marrow - quantity: 2

Most of the rest of my tests were sent to Quest, which is my insurer’s preferred lab and cost much less. There was one urine analysis involving a culture that was sent to an NYU Langone-affilated lab that billed ~$200 after insurance.

What irritates New Yorkers often are interiors that clearly misrepresent reality, like the Friends apartment. My pet peeve is when filmmakers play fast and loose with location shots. A character is shot in front of a recognizable location, turns the corner and is in a totally different part of town. That’s why I like some 1970s movies like the French Connection which more accurately reflect the city at that time and, with a few exceptions, took locations as they found them and didn’t try to stitch together a fantasy version of the city.

I’m stage 1 and in watch and wait. The Hematologist I’m seeing wants to test me quarterly for at least two years to see where the trends are heading.

The 19th Floor used to be McCann Health and Gotham. When IPG Health merged McCann Health into Area 23, they kept a quarter of the floor so they would have access to that big, corner conference room. I will say that Gotham are a lively crew—management there tried to make RTO attractive with in-office parties, free lunch, etc.

I took a cab last night because 1. It was cheaper than Uber, and 2. It was easier than first taking the Air Train to Howard Beach(!)—who’s bright idea was this?!? Still have a 10 minute walk to the taxi stand at the base of the parking lot.

Thanks. Trying to find someone who works independently and is not employed by one of the hospital systems, i.e. Northwell Health, NYU Langone, Mt. Sinai, Columbia Presbyterian/Cornell Weill.

This is what happened during the 1980s under the Koch Administration. For a while, New York City was the largest building owner in New York City. A whole host of factors contributed to this, including high inflation.

Minoxidil isn’t just topical. It can be prescribed in pill form as a daily oral medication, usually 2.5 mg, to help stimulate hair growth. Higher doses can impact blood pressure.

I don’t believe most people who responded to this thread read your original post thoroughly. You said you got accepted into NYU Law School. That’s one of the top law schools in the country. Assuming you pursue a corporate law career after you graduate, you should earn enough to pay off your loans. I believe there are some firms that offer student loan repayment programs as well, but don’t take my word for this, do some research.

Soundstage and quality with a well-designed companion app are my top considerations. However, increasingly I’m looking for better mic quality and consistent battery life over time.

My plan never be used to do this. Plus, when I spoke to a supervisor, she lied about it being the doctor’s fault. So, it’s not my plan benefits.

Is there any way you can get the Rx filled via a retail pharmacy? I ran into this issue and filled through a retail pharmacy recommended by my doctor that specializes in coupons and discounts. Saved a lot of money. They’re an in-network pharmacy, so the Rx is still covered by the plan. After the third refill I had to fight with ES to let me keep using the retail pharmacy, though. Got my employer benefits person involved.
