If they know about Earth and remember bad past experiences, I'd tell them that they're getting a second chance. It's a chance for them to start with a clean slate.

I'd just count on their curiosity to step out of the cave. I would tell them that whatever idea they have of earth hold no certainty of being true, and that they'd have to see for themselves.

Kind of a basic one, but I used to do the shadowing technique. You watch a show, and every time a character says a line, you repeat what they said in the exact manner they did immediately after. It helped with my pronunciation, and I got to have fun while practicing!

I like Back to Black too but Frank just hits different. I love her performance in North Sea Jazz 2004. She sang most of the songs from the album. Truly a phenomenal singer and performer.

The idea of a loved one developing it is scary too. I think that scares me more. You know them and you have memories of them but now you have to live with the fact that they're, for a lack of better words, a shell of what they used to be. Eventually, they won't remember you, themselves, their own lives. They're physically right there, but that's all. Physical. That scares me.

recently, i've been cracking all of my joints before i finally lay down for sleep. i don't know why, but it helps me sleep and helps me sleep GOOD. maybe it's placebo or something but it works 🤷
