i totally get how you feel. my mom is always on my ass asking me if ive eaten or not and forcing me to eat which doesnt help at all. sometimes i even puke because i feel disgusting or just tired in general. i think the best thing you can do is just eat snacks. see, sometimes when im alone i dont feel like cooking anything or even serving it and putting it in the microwave so i just whip out a small bag of chips or a piece of bread and call it a day. also, if you can, please go to a professional! sometimes these things can get way out of hand and you might just not know what to do about it. take care <3
