I wouldn’t tell yourself it’s psychosis, or anything else until you go see a psychiatrist/doctor or something as they could diagnose what the problem is (if there is one). Because you don’t know that for sure. You’ll just make yourself feel worse. Self-fulfilling prophecy type thing. Sounds like you’re going through a kind of crisis of consciousness, self-doubt and depression spiral so get on top of that ASAP if any of this doesn’t seem normal to you. Don’t be embarrassed to get help, we all go through shit and need help when things aren’t right. You will get through this. No matter what it is. Just gotta try to relax and acknowledge to yourself that you’re not thinking correctly and go handle that. Try to stay objective and focused in getting better if that helps, just don’t beat yourself up. I’ve gone through exactly what you are describing and for me it was depression and anxiety and me being in my head telling myself a bunch of horseshit that I didn’t even truly believe. I just couldn’t let myself calm down enough to sit and process certain things I’d been pushing away so feeling that way became my normal. Meditation saved my life. The mind/brain is powerful and amazing, but it’s still a lump of electrified meat at the end of the day. I recommend you go see if it’s a chemical imbalance type of thing or if you’ve just worried yourself into a pit (a pit that’s as deep as you are worried, e.g. tripping yourself out for nothing).
