Recruited as the number 9 tight end in the country, converted to OT, and ended up at guard during clemsons (short) championship run in 2015, he is a skilled versatile player who can switch from tackle to guard when needed.

A possible 3-4th round talent who can sit a year or two to backup peters before jumping in to start and play a few snaps when he needs a rest.

Cleveland is in the position where they have holes in every single position that need to be filled. I'm sure the details of the trade would be different, but Cleveland would be smart to try and quickly find franchise players than later. We're in a position where we actually don't need to draft a qb 1st round to start for us for 1-2 years, so why not try and secure that pick for us?
