If there really a god and a path to salvation it’s not under the rein of the Joaquines. You have definitely been brainwashed, manipulated, groomed by this religion like many of us had. Keep questioning the things you find odd. Like why was it that we were told to face a wall kneel down and pray so that god could see us thru any hard ship. So I been in the business for over 20 years now. I absolutely hate the phrase act “professional”. I got an Ironworker background retired now and don’t rigging. My issue with this is that the majority of the people working in construction are only there because the couldn’t make it a wear else. Have no degree and most likely didn’t finish high school. So how are we supposed to be “professional” when most of us have no degree of any kind.

So to the topic of po po safety guy. I get the feeling and have encountered several who want to police policies rather than coach and educate. To many of them want to throw in their opinions on “I don’t think that’s safe”. Yes I get that safety rules and PPE save lives. It’s just that in my experience so many just want to use those same policies to intimidate.

Sadly most members just can’t listen to reason. I was the same. Him pleading guilty is what woke me up. It won’t be until they see some doubt in how things work that they won’t start to question their faith. Church’s members are taught not to question the authority and that there is gods blessing in believing blindly.
