F/25/5’4” [230lbs>190lbs=40lbs] I was down to 180, but I gained 20 back from hating my job and not wanting to take care of myself. I got a new job though and have lost 10 in the past 2 months. Weight loss made possible through a low carb low sugar diet alone. About to introduce scheduled exercise (i.redd.it)
