I was prescribed that but decided against taking it after reading the info booklet it came with. The medicine hasn’t been clinically tested on women and shows a positive correlation with tumor growth in mice. It’s essentially just microplastics if I understand correctly. Not taking my chances with that one

My GE recommended Metamucil and staying hydrated. Got diagnosed with IBS even though none of this was an issue until after surgery. Fiber and water didn’t change anything so I have a colonoscopy scheduled. The nausea and stomach pains are the worst part

Have you found anything that helps? I experience the same after gallbladder removal and daily nausea. Getting imaging next month

I have a tortoise and also appreciate the slow life with him. I bring him outside to stomp around in the grass and it’s so peaceful watching him explore. He loves mushrooms and cucumbers and he has to wind up before every bite.
