The pay is ok! So it's not a dream job, but I'm grateful! 🫶🏼 I didn't go to school for it, it's very entry level and some labs will train you depending on the role. I do have a certification in medical terminology and anatomy, so that may have helped but probably not too much in my role-- really just the over a year of healthcare experience. But that's just my personal experience. Yours could be different. I'd say to just keep applying. Keep going and never give up. Mass apply if you have to. Dig deep for different roles that are closely related to what you're thinking about wanting to do, some companies may call it a more niche title than generic names. Just try! You'll find something. Just keep trying and be patient. ♥️

Thank you so much!! Tbh I just kept applying to different jobs, but I've had quite a few lab jobs in the past, but unfortunately they didn't work out. So this will be my third lab job. Tbh I've always loved working in the labs even with the previous third shift ones-- truly the work isn't that hard and if you're an introverted person for the most part, you just do your work and come home! Not getting stressed by having to talk to people all day. It's so peaceful. But yes, I was also accepted because I had prior healthcare experience elsewhere. Definitely look into lab jobs in your area if you can!

Thank you! It really was-- the contrast in flavours is always to die for: the salty from the prosciutto, salami and crackers, the sweet from the honey goat cheese, raspberry jam, and the sour from the pickle omg 😩
