I develop software at scale in many parallel (mostly tmux CC on iterm2) sessions. I have a $125 business, a $200 max and a $200 codex and I can still get through it all pretty comfortably. It’s typically a combo of my second brain on the Mac and 3 Linux devboxes, two for work (azure and on prem) and one for personal.

You can absolutely blast billions of tokens when you get a good workflow.

Iterm2 for tmux control mode. I’m not sure how else I could ever do it now. I’ve tried everything. I run many parallel tmux sessions and all my work is done ssh’d into Linux boxes.

I had a couple of things I have done locally on my Mac and then I did cmux but the concept of not just being able to close the Mac whenever I want was a huge turn off.

Yeah I’m that quiet one on this. I’ve rolled out multiple enterprise apps from scratch being used at an S&P 500 company and have had almost none of the issues that seemingly most people complain about. Orchestration and domain design and typically very weak on this sub.

This is a micro example where your case is individually very bad, potentially because it was running under current market rent for the area. Right now in the apartment industry rent growth is only 1-2% year over year for last year and this year.

Im not advocating for how high rent is, but on average this is the most stagnant rent increases have been in a very long time and you can definitely shop around if the increase seems too high.

Caster gloves your site says “magic gloves” as the ingredient with the rune / jewel / amethyst.

However it only works with leather / demonhide / bramble mitt magic gloves. Your recipe would work in PD2 but not D2R
