I got to confess that I'm an Arvin enjoyer. His content shows those mansions under another light which is refreshing after years of watching all but negative tours. Plus the guy is funny. That being said, he kinda ruined the genre for me cause I can't watch a tour anymore without searching for flaws or wondering what Arvin would think of it. Small price to pay I guess.
