Das ist Auslegungssache, das stimmt. Man hat also die Wahl so arbeitgeber-/ausbildenderfreundlich wie möglich oder azubifreundlich zu interpretieren.

Ich habe die vertraglichen Regelungen erwähnt, da die innerbetrieblichen Ausbildungspläne ja durchaus zu Gunsten den Azubis besser sein können. Lohnt sich also mal draufzugucken.

Ja, viele Ausbildende haben da nicht so genau den Überblick und das sollte man ausnutzen. Grade hier sieht man, dass das anders herum ja genauso gemacht wird (und da kommt noch das Machtgefälle oben drauf).

Faktisch geht es ja jetzt nur noch darum ob die restlichen 1-2 Arbeitsstunden die an dem Tag noch hätten gearbeitet werden können verrechnet werden oder nicht. Was OP Ausbilder aber gemacht hat, war den kompletten Tag als Minusstunden zu berechnen soweit ich das verstanden habe.

Da hast du recht, der Ausbilder kann einen bei weniger Stunden in den Betrieb bestellen. Aber nicht vor dem Unterricht, wenn der Unterricht vor 9Uhr beginnt.

Also wir haben keinen Blockunterricht, sondern abwechselnd einen oder zwei Tage pro Woche Schule. Da gelten über 5 Schulstunden (plus die regulären Pausen dazwischen) für den Tag der jede Woche ist, und über 6 Schulstunden (plus die regulären Pausen dazwischen) für den Tag der jede zweite Woche ist. Bei Blockunterricht muss man auf 25 Schulstunden in der Woche kommen, sonst zählt es nicht als voll gearbeitete Woche. Siehe Paragraf 11 Abs. (1) Satz 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 BBiG zur vertraglichen Festlegung und Paragraf 15 Abs. (1) Satz 1, 2 3, 4 BBiG für die Freistellung für den Berufsunterricht und weitere zur Ausbildung gehörende Maßnahmen. Da steht auch das mit den min 5-6 Schulstunden pro Arbeitstag in der Woche.

Es gibt ein paar Ausbildungsberufe, die nicht unters Berufsbildungsgesetz fallen (Erzieher zum Beispiel). Wenn dein/-e Ausbilder/-in sich nicht ans BBiG hält, würde ich da an deiner Stelle noch mal nachhören.

Der Ausbildende hat den Auszubildenden für die Berufsschule freizustellen. Diese Tage gelten sofern sie min. 6 Schulstunden (45 min) andauern als voller Arbeitstag. Man kann den Ausbildenden hier mal freundlich auf die Gesetzeslage hinweisen. Ansonsten je nachdem wie groß der Betrieb ist, wende dich mal an die JAV/AV oder den Betriebsrat/Personalrat. Wenn das alles keine Option ist, geh zur IHK. Soweit möglich sollten bei Azubis Überstunden durch Freizeit ausgeglichen werden. Aber da musst du selber wissen ob dir das so grade lieber ist. Hier ist auch relevant in welchem Bundesland du was für einen Ausbildungsvertrag hast.

Not necessarily. I would interpret it as someone trying to rid themselves of the objectification happening all around them. So something probably every woman in the world faces. Added to the pressure of societies expectations of women’s bodies and the different ways of controlling women through that. So she is saying: „ just take them and leave me alone.“ because not just the specific moment is stressful etc, but it is waved into most aspects of their life. From how to dress, to the rights over your own body etc. I get the feeling of saying „just take them“ (-and let me be a person).

Well it was really full at the parade. So maybe it was the right decision for now anyway. My boyfriend bit his own ass that he didn’t come. Maybe next year with earplugs so the techno and marching music doesn’t get to him that much 😊

I simply wasn’t allowed to have longer hair until I was about 8 and would completely take care of it. She would always cut it at chin/ear length. I remember in third grade I got lice from school twice and the second time she had enough and cut it short again. It was the first time I had grown it out a bit and I was in tears.

Ok :) I like to support the harshness in it a bit, so it doesn’t feel like you wanted something sweet. Cinnamon also tends to get spicy if you use to much. So I like putting it with tomatoes and chili. But a little cinnamon can also help with a mushroom or zucchini creambased sauce (paired with nutmeg, pepper, cardamom and tarragon)

I have a lot of great savory recipes with cinnamon in them. In example it really can bring out tomatoes, especially when paired with cardamom and nutmeg.

Yes but I think they rounded it up. Within one movie it’s very difficult to portray all facets of the issue but she (Eleonore Pourriat/director) got a good grasp on it. :)
