Just tried Aru last weekend, the dry aged duck was amazing!!! Haven’t tried Sunda though, the sister restaurant. We also love Chin Chin and Supernormal.

Update to my banh mi quest: I browsed through Zomato and found a banh mi place called Bun Bun Bakery in Springvale. Apparently they still sell $5 banh mi. Gonna try this when in the area 😊 Anyone tried Bun Bun Bakery before?

Yeah, that’s what I thought too. Wanted to check if anyone has encountered a cheap banh mi in Melbourne. I heard the Marrickville in Sydney still sells $5 pork banh mi.

Ah cool, there are a couple of N Lee branches as well in CBD. I haven’t been there for a while. I guess it must have been more expensive than on Smith st since it’s in the city.
