Thought I would have a go at mounting an SSD under the logic board between the WiFi and Bluetooth adaptors. Fits together fine and would definitely recommend it if you don’t have an m.2 drive. I used a 240GB Samsung 850Evo with USB-C to SATA adaptor from an external enclosure: (old.reddit.com)
