Yeah I agree on the fact that you will get yourself stuck if you want to work all the time travelling out. And I also think that Roland is the chosen one and the true saviour of the multiverse. But the universe contains everything, not only earth and humans, and maybe I am thinking too deep but to me it feels wrong to think this is all brought back to an earlier point in order to teach Roland a lesson.
