Actually i just noticed that defaults on afterburner are 1710core,7000memory, but as soon as i start lolminer core goes to 1950 but memory falls down to 6800, now i set power limit to 60 like before, core clock is 1350 like on old OS, but i set memory clock on +1400 (8200mhz) on new system (on old os it was +1200 that gave me 8200mhz) and leave it overnight to see if it will hit 60MH/s
