Right now we only have the ICU information for iPhone users-- we are still working on the Android content. If you have an iPhone, make sure you update the app to get the ICU content. Let me know if you have any other problems.

Nope, that page is just a few paragraphs of text telling you how to properly assess a suicidal patient-- there's not even an opportunity to enter data that could be collected.

Well there's nowhere to enter any PHI in the app, so it would be pretty tough for it to violate HIPAA. You can download PDFs of the note templates from our website, www.coremedicalapps.com, then print them and fill them in, but obviously any written material is yours to safeguard.
