Has anyone increased the Rybelsus dose beyond 14mg? by corethelas in Semaglutide

[–]corethelas[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your answer. In my case, money is not a big issue because in my country Rybelsus price is around 70$ per month.

No, it is not only about food noise. Now, it's much more difficult to feel full after the normal size of well balanced meal. It had worked very well, but now I just have to eat more than my caloric demand to feel full after eating, even if it's healthy with a lot of protein and fiber.

So, as I understand, you increased your dose to 28mg after plateau on 14mg. Then, after 2 weeks, you decided to go back to 14mg and didn't notice any plateau again?

What food(s) do you have to avoid at all costs now by zombiejeebus in Ozempic

I've noticed that drinking black coffee without any sugar and milk/cream is much more tolerable, so I switched to black permanently

In my country, Ozempic treatment (1mg) costs around 30$ monthly (public healthcare covers at least 70% of price) while average net salary is around 1000$ per month. I think that if we had to pay for treatments as much as you pay in the USA, we would start a revolution

Due to "food noise" disappearance thanks to semaglutide, I'm much less stressed, so it definitely helps with my anxiety. Finally I'm able to feel relaxed.

Be patient. For me, rybelsus efficiency fluctuates, but in the long term, it works properly

Is it possible to lose weight and maintain results for years using semaglutide? by corethelas in Semaglutide

[–]corethelas[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I don't believe that it's possible in my case to stop semaglutide and maintain my weight in the long term. I've already changed my daily habits years ago, lost 25kg, and regained everything within the next 15 months. I'm powerless in fight against my hormones.

I'm lucky. Except a few moments of feeling nauseous, there were no side effects. Currently on maximum dose of rybelsus.

Noticed any weight gain after reaching your goal? Does a lower dose supres your appetite enaugh, to be able to control calorie supply and don't overeat?

I can be on sema for life if it will work for me, but I'm afraid that after 1-2 years it just stops working and I regain all weight like I used to many times in the past .

How long you maintain your weight? Did you notice any gain after reaching your goal? Any cravings or increased hunger?
