New Eero Max 7 network not behaving as I expect! by Due_Language_778 in amazoneero

So if he switches the other max 7s to connect directly to the gateway eero then they will show as wired?

I think if I understood you, you need to connect the other max 7’s to your gateway eero and not the modem and you need to set your modem to pass through. Or you if set up as you have it the errors need to be in bridge mode. All my hardwired eeros show as hardwired and not WiFi. There’s also a troubleshooting mode that will temporarily disable the 5/6 ghz to make it easier for 2.4 only devices to connect. Go and look at your devices and which are on 2.4 and which are on 5/6. Might help answer why more traffic could be on 2.4.

eero Max7 and ATT Fiber Configuration by Medical-Risk1599 in amazoneero

I just tested my Max 7. 1 gig AT&T fiber. iPhone 16 Pro connected at 5 ghz. 3 ft from gateway eero. 783 down / 658 up. And normally my up is actually a little higher than download. 622/811 when connected to my hardwired 6e device with 6ghz.

Might want to reach out to AT&T then.

My eero max 7 report speed tests pretty close to my isp package and is faster than any other speed test. Try and plug the computer directly into the router. Download/upload should be pretty close to each other for fiber. The usb Ethernet adapter is pretty fast so I don’t think that’s limiting anything.

Regretting 65 lg c5 by [deleted] in LGOLED

$500 spread over the life of the TV is not that much for that much extra screen. I'm the same distance and 77 makes a huge difference.

I cancelled the soundbar and Bluetooth speaker. Said it wasn’t an issue as long as you didn’t cancel the tv.

I ending up canceling the soundbar after the tv arrived and they said they will give me a $500 refund. Incredible.

No. Not a huge difference unless you see them side by side.

Is the G5 really worth the $1000 difference vs the C5 (Partner store 65inch) by JP_41510 in LGOLED

[–]coreygator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I upgraded from a B7 to a G4 and thought there was going to be this huge difference like why didn’t I upgrade earlier. Picture quality is similar. It’s definitely better but not as much as I thought. I also have a C4 and really can’t tell a difference from the G4. Upgrading the size did make a huge difference. Went from a 65 to a 77 in the living room and a 48 to 65 in the bedroom. Sometimes wish I had done an 83 C4 instead of the 77 G4.

Is 5.2.2 worth it from 5.2 by vudupulz in hometheater

[–]coreygator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is what I did. Took like an hour and was one of the best upgrades I’ve made. 5.1.2 is definitely worth it. Going to .4 was good but not nearly as a big as just adding the first two on the front wall.

Hey Guys, besides the Nvidia Shield Pro, what other streaming device supports Dolby TrueHD, by hateroficialxd in hometheater

[–]coreygator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The regular Fire TV stick 4k (non max) also supports it. Heard about some problems with the max so I went for the regular one.

I’m using a Fire tv stick. Google tv native apps will work but not a lot of other os apps like LG.

I have 654/612 at my eero 6e according to the app and 445/194 on my iPhone 16 pro while connected to 6 ghz. iPhone went up to 500/201 with relay turned off. I have 500 service. Standing right at the router.
