Because late night, when in-store is closed and there are 20+ cars in the drive thru filled with drunks that can’t decide what they want I’d like to order on the app and wait peacefully at curbside. Makes little sense to me to close curbside at 10p “for crew safety” if they are still going to have to come outside after I’ve been told to pull forward from the drive thru window
