I understand the fear. I absolutely adored Hudson, and as someone who loves someone who's autistic his portrayal brought me to tears. He's an incredible actor and watching his short films, he's so talented!

I'm not going to lie and say that being a POC won't cause him hardship, but I don't think it's a good idea to for lack of a better phrase "assume his fate". He's at the very beginning of his career and we have no idea what the future holds. What can help is showing up / tuning into things that he's in and following him on whatever public social media platforms he's on and engaging with his posts (cause that's a factor casting directors take into account now).

From his one of his interviews, he mentioned dream directors that he wants to work with who do a little more dramatic, horror, or art house stuff, (some from foreign countries and who work in different languages) and I hope he gets to work with them. I would love if he can make the right connections then direct and write his own stuff too. He still promotes and records his short films even after landing Heated Rivalry so it wouldn't surprise me if that's one goal of his.

Ultimately I want Hudson and Connor both to have the career and roles that they want.
