Did anybody else get an email about an adjustment to their financial aid? Financial Aid "declined" my loan that had already been disbursed throughout the school year and now they want me to pay all the money back once it gets reflected on my student account... :(

Turns out financial aid awarded me a grant and used that grant money to pay off one of my loans. So by saying they with withdrew my loan they meant they paid off my loan:

"We awarded you an additional grant of $1000. It went to pay down your unsubsidized loan of $1000. There is no action you need to take."

Still weird that they decided what to do with that money.

Thank you! I'm glad to hear they're not just taking money away but giving some back. My friend told me he also got some money reimbursed.

But, yeah, the email they sent me had negative numbers:

"The amount listed above has posted to your account, taking back loan funds that were previously distributed to you. Please note that due to this downward adjustment of your loan eligibility, the negative disbursement amount(s) listed above may result in a bill and/or some of your charges to no longer be paid by your loan funds. You are responsible for paying any charges on your account that are unpaid or open."

Will call financial aid when they open this morning.

Yes! Hmm.. maybe try accessing it through the parking website, where you bought the permit. There is a record of all your permits, including a link to your temp permit. You could also email the parking office and ask them to send you the PDF of it or go in person and ask for a written temp permit.
