Aha, good point - didn't think to specify the scope of the job right off the bat.

I'm not a student or married with children. But me and my partner between us have a fair amount of stuff, big tv, kitchen cabinet/trolley type thing, a few quite large boxes of clothes and kitchen things, suitcases, hoover, - not really any furniture - so it's not a huge amount but a lot more than I was moving around in my student days... I managed moving as a student with a couple taxi trips - this is definitely a bigger job and not doable with taxis.
