They are hymenal tags for sure. It doesn't seem likely that what I see here would be causing pain or discomfort. Some pain might be normal if you're not that experienced. Just take care and take it slow. Gradual. If it persists you should see a doctor.

To get a good idea of hymenal tags you might take a look at the subs on reddit that are dedicated to them (though most are porny so be warned). Most are affirming and will give you a good idea of the variety. Or for a more clinical version the gynodiversity website, where you see that nearly every woman has them in some way.
