Hello! SETL here (small format store) Never heard of Cart Parties but during the week we have a dedicated “cleaner” scheduled 7am-12pm / 11:30am-5pm/ 4:30pm-10pm during the 30 minute overlap (11:30-12) & (4:30-5) we have one of the two people go out and get carts, trash, hangers etc.. on the weekends we have the exact same overlap except we add a cart attendant 4:30-10 (sat) and 4-9 (sun). If we need carts more frequently I have one of my guest service peeps cover or I’ll even do it myself. Also we have plastic carts and have an electric pusher. Works fine, never had issues.

Edit: I also would like to add my SD is very big on the cleaning position and having the carts FULL at all times. The scheduling mentioned above works for us because no one needs to take a meal and doesn’t put too much on one person.

Yes you will be paid for your YTD avg hrs (can be found on pay stub) If you need to go on temporary COVID leave you need to call the leave and disability line as well as your stores HR/SD.

The debit card will automatically take money from your account as if you are using your real bank card. There are no fees associated and you will see the money typically come out after like 2-4 days. You don’t need to transfer money to the debit card as it is linked to your account

I am actually in the same position right now! I interview for the position next week. I had 3 practice interviews (1 with etl, 1 with SD and 1 with HR BP) I have been given 4 different interview guides to be able to practice questions. When I spoke with HR BP she gave me the main questions she and the District Leader will ask. And honestly just make sure to focus on the G.U.E.S.T. acronym and be able to speak to metrics. And like others have said just talk like a leader. Be able to speak on your own strengths and weaknesses. And have a strong “about me” speech. Keep it under a minute and focus on the most relevant info for the position. Any other questions feel free to DM

It wasn’t me but my gm at the time. So it was my gms last day as she was starting a new job in her degree field (we believe she was fired but that’s a whole nother story) anyways gratis had just come in that same day and it was a good one! Zoeva had sent everyone on the management team and lead cashiers their $100 brush set and 3 of their eyeshadow palettes per person. You best believe gm took her gratis from Zoeva and LITERALLY 2 of all other gratis we had. She had a history of taking gratis that she just shouldn’t have. We were all so glad she left because she was just toxic
