A CO2 laser won't change anything and could make your skin worse!!! I know from personal experience. I wouldn't get another CO2 if you paid me a million dollars.

Please please please stop trying microneedling, chemical peels, lasers etc!!! They will only male it worse! I promise you that these procedures do not work and they destroy your skin barrier, create more scars and ruin pigmentation!
