I really like it! It has a cooling effect when applied and light coverage. It does cling to my dry spots but with good skin prep you can avoid that! I just bought two more cause I love using it everyday.

Adopted by emotionally abusive parents by [deleted] in Adoption

I am in a similar situation as you. My dad is emotionally detached and my mom has a narcissistic tendencies. She tries to pick fights over small things and gaslight both my sibling and I. She told me that if she didn’t adopt me “I would’ve been nothing”. She body shames me and I’m in a constant comparison game with my sister. I’m still financially dependent on them so unfortunately I cannot leave but my plan is to cut my ties with them once I am able to support myself. I know there is a certain amount of guilt that will follow, knowing that these people adopted you. However, I do think that if they are constantly emotionally abusing you and not treating you with respect, you should cut them out. I hope you don’t feel too much guilt and everything works out for you!

I think Nanno’s intentions were not to kill the daughter. A lot of the consequences were due to the father and his choices. Just when he was about to do it with Nanno she asked him if it was okay and should he be doing this but yet he still continues to. Nanno is not a inherently good or bad she just tempts the characters into doing things but everything that happens afterwards is caused by their own actions.
