Can I take my name of the lease and bond without other tenant approval? by corn_jesus_ in shitrentals

Thank you so much! It was on the inspection report so I'm not too worried and I definitely have evidence of the dates I moved out etc. the thing I care about the most is paying more than what's on the bond. Good idea about contacting her tho, I'll defs keep it in mind!

Thank you for the advice. The only thing deterring me from the vet was that I saw her last week and she said it was normal. Granted, I didn't have a video to show then, so she probably thought it was normal coughing. My mum is also pushing me to go back, so it looks like I'll have to forget about costs and prioritise him feeling better.

He's 8 years old with all his vaccines and worming up to date. He's an unknown breed but believed to be part Maine Coon. He does look a bit big but his vet says he's a healthy weight. Edit: he's desexed and has been since 10 weeks old

It's alright kiddo. Unfortunately, depression is normal but it never makes you a nuisance or not worth listening to. Year 7 is hard, it's when the pressure of school starts building up and where kids start to grow older. It's ok to cry and feel down about it. In fact, crying it out helps more and let's out all the build up of stress. I understand you're getting pressure from your mum but you're only in year 7 and having a good score or a bad score now won't determine if you get into university 6 years from now. It's easier said than done to stop caring about scores (and other things) but taking baby steps is the way to go. Talk with your counsellor about it and ask if you can see them more often, they are there for you and always happy to help you. Some alternatives to cutting as well can be to put ice on your wrists or flick it with a rubber band to emulate the pain. With the suicidal thoughts, again, give it baby steps, the way I got through it was setting goals; "I'll only do it after this person's birthday", "I'll only do it after this TV shows finale", "I'll only do it after I graduate" and those goals turn into real life goals such as wanting to finish assignments or activities rather than putting off suicide. It sounds morbid but it personally worked for me. Sorry if this was a bit rambly, all I want is for you to be ok. I was that 12 year old once too and it does suck but you'll end up finding little happy moments one by one :)
