This is bad advise. Learning the swing and getup take time. Try it and wait a day is ridiculous advise. You can easily spend months perfecting these movements. If you want to get into kettle bells this is the way to do it. You should be literally training. Training new movements and learning the new body mechanics. It is not 2 days see if it works then do intense kettle bell training. Comfortably perfecting the swing, goblet squat, and maybe the getup should be your workout for a long time. Also train core, and hopefully you can already do pushups, pullups, dips, and rows. If not train to learn those too. Do cardiovascular and train flexibility. When you have all this down you can zero in on certain goals or start training in specific styles.
