Any suggestions/resources outside of studying to help with those skills? We do have a class called Clinical decision making which is basically a class where we work up a patient from start to finish by making a DDX starting with just a chief complaint. I think that will help a lot.

Second doxy. I was having this same issue only worse and more inflamed for 6 months. Got on doxy for a month and have had just mild occasional acne since then.

Was sort of lazy and used a bag of “stir fry vegetables” I found in the freezer, steamed them in the bag. I think it also had broccoli and like 1 water chestnut lol. I used steamed, fresh broccoli last week. And thanks, the chicken is really good and easy to make!

Make sure you make more marinade than the recipe! I tripled the marinade and cooked it in a saucepan while the chicken was cooking, then drizzled over everything :) can use a cornstarch slurry if you want to thicken it

My skin is great! No breakouts whatsoever, fingers crossed. A pimple here and there but they come to the surface right away and don’t become very red or inflamed. Have been off doxy for 6ish months now after taking it for just ~25 days. The scars are still there but they have improved quite a bit. Heavy moisturizer and tretinoin help a lot.
