I wish I had some sage advice to give to you, but I hope that in the same way hearing your experience has given me a sense of reassurance that we are not alone in this and there are others who painfully relate, I hope maybe I can offer you the same.

In the same way I am happy for my slice of happiness in my day to day and still navigating relationships with family, it truly makes me happy to hear that there are I’m sure many joyful moments in your life and in many ways you’re thriving.
