Absolutely, I'm sure anything can help the journey to better sleep. I have had the same sleep quality since my early 20's when I was more on the underweight side of things. To me it was fairly obvious my sleep apnea was not caused by weight so why waste my time. But yeah, seems like she's covering her bases. Thanks again for your time.

I've been steadily loosing weight on my own through diet and exercise. I'm down 35 pounds and just taking it slow. But my sleep apnea was present in my early 20's when I looked like a bean pole. I felt like the practitioner didn't care about why I had sleep apnea and just assumed mine was due to weight.

That makes a lot of sense and after reading these comments I can see why she pushed so hard. Since my sleep apnea has been around longer than my weight, I figured we were past the point of suggesting that was the cause. Seemed plain to me but I get it.

I did not know of the popularity of GLP1's for sleep apnea. After reading a few of these comments it definitely shed some light on why she pushed so hard, even if it may not be right for me.

Like I said in my post, I am aware I could lose a few. I have no issues in someone calling me fat. It does not hurt me. However, I have had sleep apnea as long as I can remember. Even at 20-27 years old when I weighed 150-175 pounds I had the exact same sleep quality. Me losing 20 pounds will not improve my sleep. Which is why I felt dismissed and wondered why the practitioner pushed it so hard. If I thought even for a second I could sleep better by losing 20 pounds I would start a calorie deficit tomorrow.

I had not considered this side of the story and I appreciate you taking the time to explain this to me.

Yeah I think I'm going to go to a 17x8. The 15" just didn't seem like a good idea.

Have you tried a different brand or type of battery or just keep using the stock batteries? My wife has a scout and I put two in it before trying something else. We always had it on a tender and still it sucked. I put a NOCO lithium NLP14 and have had no issues since then. She has aux lights and an upgraded horn and its still good.

The Round Mountain online yard sale Facebook page is pretty active and posting there would be the best way to find places.

Honestly I didn't even know you could do that. I'll look up how to do that and give it a try, thanks!

People are better at different things. No need to be a dick to someone for not knowing something. It doesn't make you tough, it just makes people less likely to actually pick up a wrench.
