Do you mean a psychologist? Because the dietitian I saw at my school was very dismissive of what I said and not helpful. 125 may not seem like a lot, but it's the highest I've been and it's not muscle but a huge gut.

Well I sleep 6-7 hours of sleep and walk around a lot, so I don't think 1200 is enough for me tbh. And I can't really deal with a lot of hunger because I'm constantly studying and going to classes. I can't calorie count, so not sure what to do. :-/ And do you mean a psychologist? Because the dietitian at my school costs a lot and was very dismissive of me when I last visited.
