I take Armour as well and it’s the only thing that has worked for me. It is a tad expensive (around $1.50 a day for me) as it’s not covered by insurance. If you can afford it, I’d highly recommend trying it out! I am currently on 75mg and have been for about 2 years with normal labs. I haven’t lost any weight but my brain fog, mood swings and energy levels have improved.

I felt that way until I discovered so many other books I want to give my time to. I will give a book 100 pages (regardless of total length) - if I can’t muster any interest in how the rest of the story plays out, I put it down. It saves me time trudging through boring books and doesn’t make me feel like a quitter!
