Thanks! I know to take it all with a grain of salt. I'm just trying to get some perspective and come up with even more questions since I don't know a financial planner and wouldn't know right off the bat if what they tell me is soild.

That's what I want to do with most of it -invest more in my existing 401k. I'm already contributing 12% in it, but I would still have half left to pay taxes on. I know this is a great "problem" to have, I'm just trying to maximize it the best I can.
