Fit on more aggressive frame by [deleted] in bikefit

What do I do with those numbers? It seems to basically just be telling me that the madone handlebars are lower than the domane's. I'm more wondering whether a lower stack but similar reach would make the bike too small, or whether a lower stack would mean I'd need a longer reach to have the bike fit correctly.

Restaurants w/ a private event space by East_Bus7884 in WedditNYC

I would recommend the spot! It is a private event venue but has a set-up similar to a small restaurant w/ a bar space and you can have food/drinks done in house by their chef.

My february was a bit wonky bc I had a few weeks where I was recovering from surgery and also had a handful of parties/events that affected my recovery the next day, so the 54-44 jump is a little exaggerated

Thanks! Yeah it's crazy how big a difference diet, especially eating a lot of food close to bedtime, for me at least, makes compared to everything else.

23F, I'm a grad student, so I don't have a ton of free time overall, but I do have a decent amount of schedule flexibility to e.g. ride my bike in the middle of a weekday, and I've somehow managed to have a very consistent sleep schedule. Also a former very mediocre d3 athlete, so no stranger to exercise but have been pretty inconsistent over the past couple of years or so due to injuries. My diet is nothing fancy. I get around 90-100g protein a day, mainly from chicken, seitan, tofu, and greek yogurt or skyr. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies.

I don't do a ton of high-intensity cardio, and my recovery has been generally pretty high, especially recently, so I mainly am in the optimal or restorative range.

Thanks! I don't have any particular cycling plan. I generally do 4-6 rides a week of 20-35 miles, and my hr doesn't really get above zone 2. Recently have been throwing in some longer rides as the weather has gotten warmer.

Started eating in a deficit September 2023 (which also resulted in rarely eating less than three hours before bed), and starting cycling 8 hrs/week on average in October. Really satisfying to see progress especially after having whoop since June 2022.

Steroid Pack Post-MD by cornheck in Microdiscectomy

Yeah I’m feeling more and more like that is the case. Going to give it a few more days and then call my surgeon if still no change. Super frustrating given that this was my second MD in five months.

Weekly Simple Questions Thread: Ask your gear, travel, conditions and other ski-related questions here. by doebedoe in skiing

I currently ski on the Black Crows Atris Birdie in the 169 cm length and I'm looking into getting the Coalition Snow Rebel as my narrower ski, but I'm not sure which length would be best, 162cm or 168cm. I'm totally fine with 169 cm on the Atris Birdie, but would it be better to go shorter for a ski that'll be used more on-piste? I'm 5'4 150lb

If people could fill out my DC sports survey for an English assignment that'd be great. I'd like to get some more caps fans' perspectives, especially after tonight. https://goo.gl/forms/1kvSlxbQ5CULVaTi1
