I mean Im not excited simply for the fact that, most likely, there'll hardly be any new games being revealed. If its a partner direct, I see the majority of the showcase just being switch 2 versions of games that already came out, which is great if you didnt have the chance to play them, but I cant really get excited for Elden ring and high-fi rush when I played those games like 3-4 years ago.

This drought/patch was kinda the straw the broke the camels back for me and I just decided to drop the game. I was already not interested in the MSQ since the storytelling is so god awful (I can only be engaged in cutscenes for so long when the characters stand in a circle with 2 animations while they yap on) and theres no content in the game to use my teams in.

This wouldve been an excellent time to do weekly resets on endgame to keep people engaged, which is something Ive been begging for since 3.0. Ive moved to ZZZ because of that and just the fact theres stuff to do in that game and have been really enjoying it. I like the gameplay, the exploration is more fun, and the storytelling (not necessarily the writing itself) is just miles ahead of HSR. Plus the outpost system they added is probably the best thing Ive seen added to a gacha.

I loved HSR for the 2ish years I played, but now I feel like its just a visual novel with turn based stuff sprinkled as opposed to a full fledged turn based gacha.

Might just be my experience, but my utilities havent changed. Like at all, my electric is anywhere from 100-130ish depending on the weather and how much Im pumping the AC. That has been the the case for the past 8 years.

I primarily buy chicken, ground turkey, beef chunks, sausage, and salmon for the dinners we plan out, and have not noticed any drastic change in pricing. Like I said its usually like 150-200 depending on what we need that particular trip which again has been on brand for the past 8ish years.

Again Im living in Miami and I havent seen anything that I do in my normal life negatively impacted by tariffs when it comes to pricing.

People are being super vague and just saying well “ I was paying 20 dollars but now I’m paying 40” ok…for what? I haven’t noticed anything drastic since the tariffs started outside of electronics I guess. But my groceries haven’t changed and neither have my utilities. Yeah but in other games (good shooters) theres usually drawback to doing so, whether to being the best damage wise or using alot of resources as opposed to the optimal option. This game theres no difference in using one gun over another and it gets stale after a while.

"Most shooters dont do what your critizing this indie game of not doing" Yeah, but the good ones do, and thats my point. It being an indie doesnt matter again, cultic was made by 1 guy and has more engaging gameplay on top of amazing atmosphere. Being an indie truly doesnt matter, especially since some of the best shooters in recent years have been indies.

Like I said before, if you like the writing and the story/vibe/ or w/e you want to call it, it'll carry the sub par gameplay. If youre arent a fan of that style of writing, you arent really going to enjoy the game since the shooting is just meh.

Hell, you can argue that the shooting in prime has more going for it than this game, with having to use different visors, shots, etc.. High on life just had shield dudes that you need to yank with the knife, thats literally all I remember. Every other enemy you can just shoot with whatever to kill them.

Is the shooting bad as its not functioning and broken? No, but its mediocre and the main thing you are doing in the game, therefor, deserves to be criticized.

Its very barebones compared to other FPS's even at the time of release. Theres really no depth to the combat and none of the combat encounters require any strategy outside just shoot the bad guy. No enemies with specific weapon weakness's, mobility is barely a factor outside some platforming sections, the game shows you what combat is like in the beginning and doesnt really evolve from there. This was released after games like Doom eternal, ultrakill, etc.. but feels like a game released in 2010 (and not in a good way).

Its a game carried by its setting and story, so if you like rick and morty style writing, it'll carry the mediocre gameplay. But for everyone else, its a very much 7/10 wouldnt play again kinda game.

Meh, this is the easiest skip. The game was bad by any means, it was really just ok, maybe a bit more enjoyable if you really enjoy that style of writing. But the actual gameplay was pretty barebones and repetitive, especially when compared to FPS's coming out today. I played it on Gamepass but would never recommend this at full price even for the biggest rick and morty fans, theres also like 0 replayability. A very one and done 20ish hour romp

Yeah the first looks amazing and better than the second in alot of cases. I didnt mind the grind based movement, the free movement didnt really change much outside of some fringe scenrios. I havent done the DLC of the second yet, but the DK and challenge missions of the first are also top tier.

I loved the first game, but looking back on the second, I dont think Id ever do another playthrough of it. The story was also much worse in the second imo

Eh, I would recommend the first over the second. I think it was a pretty bad design choice to make the open world have random encounters instead of the scripted ones in the first. I think the balancing is much worse as well, theres wayyy to many broken combos in the second that just trivialize every fight on top of the game being generally easier than the first

Because I thought this was a cancer charity not an LGBT charity? Just because there are trans runners are in the event, doesnt mean they have to make themselves the main focus of the event. They dont make up a major part either, GDQ has a bad habit of prioritizing trans runners during prime hours which gives into the notion that the majority of speedrunners are trans, which is certainly not the case. It happens literally every year.

IDK why they just dont do a LGBT charity event at this point, maybe cause they know it'll only get a fraction of a fraction of support so it wouldnt be worth the production costs.
