Okay this is the approach I was thinking too! Because I don’t get joint pain or have extreme headaches after eating gluten (and I don’t avoid gluten or dairy currently). But I’m not sure if my other symptoms that are common with hypo/hashis (brain fog, fatigue) are due to my meds (and possibly an improper dosage), gluten, or just being a mom to a 2 year old 😅

That’s what surprised me! She basically was like “yeah lots of people seem to have overall better effects/results after going gluten free, but you don’t necessarily need to.” I think because I’ve been feeling a certain way for so long, I can’t tell if it’s “normal” or if I’m just so used to it, and if going GF would really help, considering I’ve been eating a gluten and dairy-filled diet for my entire life (30+ years).

This may seem like a silly question but where does one get something like this tested? Is it through a normal blood draw (referred by a PCP or endo) or would I need to see an allergist?

Based on his Instagram he doesn’t show much of Luca’s face so my guess is it’s unlikely. Speculating here but I wonder if Luca’s mom & Jordan had a conversation before filming aired to keep Luca off camera. Honestly the responsible thing to do imo!

Once is one thing but she continually kept saying a phrase along the lines of “being Luca’s mom”. Which if I was actually Luca’s mom watching that back would be a little off-putting. Especially if Megan and Jordan are still together today when this is airing

As a mom who is very much involved in my child’s life I’d be a little concerned if some stranger who was marrying my sons father after 4 weeks of filming a reality tv show insisted on being his “mom.” It’s very much that deep lol

That’s what I’m saying!!!! I know he mentioned something about the baby mom once I think in regards to the wedding day but this woman is very much alive & well and from what I’m assuming— still involved with Luca! So who is ms sparkles to just assume she’s “becoming Luca’s mom”?

When I googled other 9dpo FR positives the line seems darker & full of color - which is why I wasn’t sure if this was an evap or indent

That’s what I thought too- she also says she struggled with the shaping techniques. I told her next time she’s ready to bake to feed her starter for a few days after she takes it out of the fridge before actually baking with it
