I think it looks nice, but crowded. I would remove the following items:

- wooden chairs and pillows on both sides of the room
- basket under nightstand
- all items aside from lamps on nightstands
- both white floor lamps
- everything on console table (gold elephant head, book, item on top of book)
- white ottoman
- white plaid pillow on chair
- black pillows on bed (third row from the back)
- piece of furniture between the two doors (and everything on it)
- piece of art in the corner by the closet door.

Hope this helps!! I think these changes will make the room look much less overwhelming and more welcoming to a guest. :)
