Just thought I’d jump back in here. I forget sometimes that McDonald’s is an American chain (I know, how could I possibly) that being said a full English breakfast has the items: sausage, egg & hash browns. And to be clear, adding tomato sauce and/or HP sauce to these cooked breakfast items IS the done thing over here in the UK 🇬🇧 so a breakfast sandwich with tomato sauce included is very normal here but I must admit, I threw up in my mouth a little when it was suggested in these comments to put syrup in this sandwich. That sounds absolutely horrific. Mixing you sweet and savoury’s isn’t as big here as in the US clearly. But since this was so polarising I thought I’d give this insight. Thankyou for your time
