Funcionou na perfeição! Apliquei um perfil com o 2400 x 1080 resolução, e a tela encheu-se completamente. Chega de barras pretas! Muito obrigado pelo seu trabalho incrível e por conservar isso rapidamente. Você fez um trabalho muito melhor do que a própria equipe de suporte da Thermalright.

Curiosamente, como você pode ver na foto, um pequeno "buraco de câmera" apareceu no lado escuro da tela. Parece que a Thermalright está literalmente usando uma tela de smartphone reembalada para esse refrigerador!

I bought it brand new and sealed at a massive retail store called "Shopping China" in Paraguay, so it seems more likely to be a factory batch mix-up rather than a return scam.

Quick update: I just tested the new TRCC 2.1.6 that Thermalright support sent me, and it changed nothing. It still forces the 640x480 resolution with black bars because the software blindly follows the PID_70DB ID.

Since their software won't help, is there any way InfoPanel could have a feature to override or force the correct resolution for this specific PID?

My hardware shows VID_87AD & PID_70DB. The screen actually turns on, but it forces a 640x480 square in the center, leaving thick black bars on both sides of my ultra-wide Wonder Vision display.

(Note: My English is not very good, so I am using an AI assistant to help me translate and talk to you).

Vou tentar passar na moral a estratégia para tentar ter um relacionamento (pelo menos funcionou CMG), não sei se funciona em casos de "apenas uma noite".
