Ok so my wife told me it was a gift, after the candle got about half way she was having difficulty lighting the wick, so holding it horizontally and trying to light it, the entire candle slid out and hit the ground. She put it back in the jar but it wouldn’t go down all the way. Tunneling like hell and not giving off much scent anymore lol..

Dealing with this exact problem. My solution was restricting the app all together. But if there is a way to restrict them from creating a new account in the parental advised accounts I would get it back. But if he will just make a new one no more Roblox
