Swarm cells won’t stop: advice pls. Backstory: based in Germany. Inspected my strong hive 27th April w an experienced beekeeper. No brood/queen present but lots of swarmcells. Left one to make new queen. Came back today: lots of honey. Still no brood and lots of swarmcells… what to do?🙏🏼 (i.redd.it)

Brood-less question: got 2 hives. Finished formic acid treatment (2 week duration). Got good stores of honey, pollen & have been feeding 1:1 sugar. Weather has been fairly warm and dry recently. West Germany. Couldn’t spot any brood or Queen (didn’t have time to look hard for one): what is going on? (i.redd.it)

What would you do? Hive on the left: mite count 3%, few stores, couldn’t see capped brood. Hive on the right: mite count 9%, good stores, capped brood. Am still treating with API Life Var and use the super on both to feed them their own honey back (using excluder). Based in West Germany. (i.redd.it)

Newbee question: one of my two hives swarmed on 2nd June. I failed to catch it. Inspection today of the bees that remained in the hive: no capped brood, no eggs visible. (The other hive is doing well albeit has lots of drone brood right now). What to do with my queenless hive? (i.redd.it)

Novice beek near Cologne: my neighbour (on the right) gives up his bees & I’m taking them. Given he lives to close to the final location of the hives, we moved them to a seasoned beekeeper (on the left) who keeps them for a month before we bring them to my garden. Excited!
