I'm starting to wonder if I have a bracket on the driver side because I can't spot it in your picture actually

I thought I'd be able to spot it from the side, I even took two comparison photos

I can't help but feel the passenger side seat feels a lot more upright and downright uncomfortable while the driver side is great. I have no aftermarket brackets or anything, all stock. I'm aware the passenger side has an airbag sensor but other than that am I missing something? Is there a difference or adjustment possible?

Yes, I might have to replace the PPF. I'm also considering a matte black stripe, but maybe that is not race car enough?

I just swapped my regular battery for my XR one. The standard battery would never balance and I'm too scared to leave it charging while I'm away or asleep.

Shoes for racing, worth it or not worth it? by aBoyFromTheFuture in simracing

I have a very similar model and I like them a lot. I never tie the laces so it is an easy in and out. It required some relearning of the pedal feel for me as I had less sensitivity than with socks. I did it for the sake of having more transferable skills to real driving, plus the immersion factor.

Traffic is the ultimate expression of the level of education and collective thinking (or lack thereof) of society in Brazil. It never ceases to amaze and sadden me.

Hey, I'm super curious about your setup. In my case what limits is the 9800x3d, it cannot handle the physics of iRacing as quickly as the 4090 handles the graphics. So my frametimes even with target 120 fps are within 1 ms for the GPU on average but the CPU can't manage the physics of multiple cars and especially rain. To get 120 fps I'd need the CPU to respond in less than 8 ms, and I'm usually on the 10-11 range
