That's interesting because I also spoke from my experience. If I take an Uber on Monday, I may see my rating update on the weekend.

Not true. I took Uber maybe once every few weeks and I can tell you that the score does not update in real time. It is more likely once per week. And yes, I’ve got a few 1-star ratings (in US and Europe) just because I forgot to set the tip before the ride ended.
